Payment, Returns & Timeframe

To begin the process, a 75% payment is required after you approve the quote. This ensures the materials and artisans can be secured for your one-of-a-kind creation. Given the personalized nature of custom rugs, we are unable to accept returns. However, we're committed to your satisfaction, so we'll collaborate closely with you throughout the process to ensure your rug is exactly what you envision. The weaving timeframe typically ranges from 2 to 8 months, depending on the size and complexity of your design.
